He advances low-carbon strategies across Asia-Pacific, promoting practical solutions through innovation and international collaboration.

  • Dr. Zhou Nan

    Chief Technical Expert of the Advisory Committee

    Dr. Zhou Nan, Senior Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, specializes in energy efficiency and net-zero energy systems. She previously led the U.S.-China Clean Energy Research Center’s building initiative and was a lead author of the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report.
